Now if you are not able to reach our support desk via telephone lines, don’t worry just follow simple steps and our team will call you back. Following are the simple step
    1. Download the latest version of application from our website
    2. Go to the option where you are facing problem.
    3. Click on the button captioned “Download Qrp/Upload Customized Qrp/ Log Support Ticket”
    4. Click on button label “Support Call”
    5. Fill in the simple details like
      a. User Name
      b. Mobile No.
      c. Email id
      d. Remote support vendor LIke Any Desk with Session id .
      e. Session Id
      f. Details description of issue to be discussed

    6. Now you will get call back within 90 min of call submission
    7. After submitting your request, when our executive takes your call you will receive a SMS on your given mobile no. providing you the name and contact details of the support executive.
