Dear All,
If you facing error in net backoffice login
Then follow the steps below..
1:-Open Services.msc and restart of service of (OracleOraDb11g_home1TNSListener).
If problem not resolved then follow next step
2:-find path (D:\app\Administrator\diag\tnslsnr\Sandeep\listener\trace)
Note:-Sandeep is server Host name.
file found in this folder of Listener.log
3:-Rename this file as Listener_old.log then restart service of (OracleOraDb11g_home1TNSListener).
Then new Listener.log file Automatically created.
If problem not resolved then follow next step.
4:-Do database entry in Tnsnames.ora and Listener.ora file with Server ip address instead of Server Name.
And Restart server . Hope this will work for solution of this error.
