How to Configure Your Database with Mobile App

Dear Customer,

Mobile Server always search shilpi database to connect and enable Mobile Services . Few customer are having webdata for their Net Backoffice Users .
In that case Mobile User will not be authenticate while login because user records are available in Shilpi Database.

To avoid this situation , you login in Capex10 , go to I-Net BackOffice User Maintenance and enable Mobile App for respective accounts. Once you allowed , system will immediately allowing authentication from Shilpi Database.
