Various queries

1) In RMS we can calculate live margin by entering positions in system. Is is possible to calculate the net amount payable or receivable by entering transactions manually after deduction of applicable brokerage and taxes before the trade import.

2) The client master in capex doesn't have an "Occupation" field.

3) Only DP ID is available in capex, DP name is also an essential part for quick reference.

4) If fatca flag is added in capex on main screen it would be a time saving task.

5) The STT Certificate provided to our clients is objected by incometax officer. Because they calculate turnover on trade basis from 1st Apr to 31st March. In capex the data for last days are transferred to next year and it is not available in current year even when in the last date "31st" is entered. The period "from" and "to" in Stt Certificate should be on trade basis.

6) During inspection they ask for settlement date and mail sent date in settlement of accounts data. As you are showing mail sent date in contract note query option, similar option in settlement of accounts is very much essential

Hi Madhav,

Point No 1 In RMS we can calculate live margin by entering positions in system. Is is possible to calculate the net amount payable or receivable by entering transactions manually after deduction of applicable brokerage and taxes before the trade import.

- Due to Performance and speed of Online Trades, it is very difficult to calculate Brokerage and Taxes on real time basis. But we see in future if possible.,

Our Support Team member will contact you regarding Point 2,3,4,5,6 and try to solve all points.

Regards.
